Send Your Credit Monitoring Credentials

The safest and quickest way to send us your credit monitoring credentials is to log into your Client Portal.

Once logged in, follow the steps below.

Click “Credit Monitoring” on the navigation menu.
Click the “Edit” button at the bottom of the form. You cannot edit the form without first clicking the edit button.
Enter your username, password, and last 4 of your SSN.
If necessary, enter your security question(s) with answer(s) in the “Notes” box.
Click the “Save” button to save your changes.
Click the “Ok” button on the popup message.
Click your name in the upper-right-hand corner and logout.

You’re done!
