Congratulations, you’ve taken the first step to control your financial destiny.
Before we can get stated, there are a few steps you must complete.
We suggest you take a few minutes (if not now, ASAP) to complete the on-boarding steps.
On-boarding Steps
- 1. Activate your SafeClientAccess portal!
- 2. Confirm your personal information
- 3. Get your credit report & scores!
- 4. Upload your photo ID & proof of address!
- 5. Sign the agreement!
- 6. Get your spouse started (couples only)!
- 7. Save our contact information!
1. Activate Your SafeClientAccess Portal
We sent you an email, Login Credentials for SafeClientAccess (SCA). Click the green button and activate your account.
If you need assistance accessing your account (via the encrypted portal) send us an email and we will help you get logged in!
2. Confirm Your Personal Information
Log into your SafeClientAccess portal and verify your personal information is correct and up to date.
3. Get Your Credit Report & Scores
Create your credit monitoring account with CreditDyno to get your 3 Bureau Credit Report & Scores during the on-boarding process.
If you already have an account, enter your login information to link your account with your profile.
4. Upload Your Photo ID
During the on-boarding steps, you will have an opportunity to upload your current photo ID, proof of address, and SS#.
All three of these documents are required when filing disputes on your behalf.
5. Sign the Agreement
Sign your agreement. We cannot begin without the agreement being signed.
If you’re having an issue accessing your SCA (via the encrypted portal) send us an email and we will help you get logged in!
6. Get Your Spouse Started
Now that you’ve got yourself started, look for another email with instructions on how to get your spouse started.
Check your inbox for a “Spousal Next Steps” email.
7. Save Our Contact Information
The best way to reach us is through your SCA portal.
